David Fisher spent four years in the United States Army. From 1976-78, he served with the 2nd Battalion, 75th Infantry (Rangers) at Ft. Lewis, Washington. David graduated Phi Kappa Phi from Texas A&M University in 1985 with a B.A. degree in history. He was also a University Undergraduate Fellow. He received his J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University in 1988 where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers. Now a principal at the St. Louis, Missouri area law firm of Kurowski Shultz, David is currently licensed to practice in Illinois, Missouri, Texas, and Washington.
